Construction
Double walls are constructed on heavy angles. All sides of the ovens are insulated with 7.5 cm thick glass wool insulation to minimize ski temperature. The panels are designed in such a way that the inner and outer wall contact to minimize the heat losses through conduction.

Microprocessors based autotune PID temperature controller with & dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature.
Heating System
SS tubular heating elements used on the side walls to maintain a uniform temperature condition inside the chamber.
Air Circulation
The motorized blower fitted on the top side of the chamber develop unique airflow system which ensures maximum temperature distribution inside the temperature. The unique airflow assures that there is a quick recovery after the doors are opened.
