How We Work?
There is no “one” diet plan that suits all. However similar we humans might be, we are still so different. Thus, all our meal plans are personalized and custom-made as per your dietary preferences, lifestyle, fitness goals, medical history and of course, your taste buds.
At FitnFab, we follow a very simple balanced meal plan approach wherein you will be consuming all food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in the required quantities. We do not believe in diets that completely eliminate any major food group.
We do not believe in coaching for weight loss through FAD diets or anything that is unsustainable and can’t be followed lifelong.
