Our Executive Chef has put together a kitchen staff that works together as a collective unit to deliver authentic and modern flavors. Régal’s diversity means there’s something for everyone. Whether you want a quick Cuban coffee, a traditional crepe, or a green smoothie, Régal offers it all.
Our diverse staff and kitchen members all bring a different pallet and background to our menu creations. Yet, all go through training under our Executive Chef, Pierre, graduate of Cordon Bleu. It is a priority that our kitchen staff is properly trained and taught work etiquette to deliver good customer service.
