As a matter of fact, the two owners of Seattle Towing began their career as tow truck drivers themselves. Spending many years learning the towing trade hands-on, in the field, our founder’s eyes were opened when they began to understand how traditional tow truck companies operate. First hand witnessing customer dissatisfaction due to damage, lack of communication, and dishonesty — Seattle Towing was born with a mission to put customers first while providing excellent service.
