While I specialize in new construction homes, the understanding of how a home is built translates perfectly to helping buyers find the right resale home. When working with Buyers, my goal is to get them into the homes that best fit what they're after, and visually size up the condition of any they want to make an offer on. There are quite often large problems that are evident that can be talked about up front prior to Buyers spending $600+ on inspections, to determine if the factors/possibilities warrant moving forward. I never "sell" my Buyers a home; I educate them, and help them gather information from licensed experts that enable them to make the best decisions for themselves. With my Sellers, I work hard to help them get their home in the best shape possible, while spending the least amount of money to have it in marketable condition and sell for the highest price. Sounds simple but it's not. I have decades of marketing and home valuation experience to serve them well!
