What Is MEA Centre?
Earlier, MEA CPV Division (i.e. Attestation division) had a Centralized office in Delhi, so the candidates across India who was to travel abroad for Higher Studies, Employment, Business, Permanent Residence (PR), had to come or send their documents to Delhi for Legalization/Attestation.
With Effect from 1st January 2019, for the convenience of the candidates across India, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) decentralized and established MEA Centers in 15 major Cities across India. Now MEA Attestation/Apostille can be done from these 15 MEA Centers in different locations across India.
Education Certificates, Non Education or Personnel Certificates like Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, Experience Certificates, Police Clearance Certificates, Experience Certificates, Single or unmarried Certificates, Affidavits, can be Attested or Apostilled from these 15 MEA Centers across India.
