In 1996, Madam Wang decided to take a leap and step outside her comfort zone after carefully establishing how she can maintain strict quality control over Sunflower’s layer cakes. Before long, the first Sunflower layer cake shop opened to great fanfare and jubilation in Tanjung Bungah.
